We are looking for a smart, confident, and customer-friendly Front Desk Executive / Sales Executive to join our team at Vesta Skin, T. Nagar.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers professionally.
- Handle front-desk operations, appointments, calls, and customer enquiries.
- Explain our skin and hair treatments and proceedures to customers.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into appointments/sales.
- Maintain customer records and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Coordinate with the team for smooth daily operations.
- Achieve monthly sales and customer conversion targets.

Requirements

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with a customer-focused approach.
- Previous experience in sales, front office, skincare, beauty, wellness,



or clinic operations is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle customers confidently and professionally.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
