Job Summary

Identify, develop and close new B2B business opportunities across multiple industry verticals. Build a strong sales pipeline through strategic prospecting, relationship building and proposal-led selling.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and build a target account list within the assigned industry and geography.
- Execute multi-channel outreach through LinkedIn, cold email, calls and business events.
- Conduct initial discovery meetings and qualify business opportunities.
- Prepare and present company capability decks and business proposals.
- Negotiate commercial terms and coordinate the approval process.
- Maintain a strong revenue pipeline and update opportunities in CRM.




- Attend business networking events, trade meets and chambers of commerce.
- Collaborate with delivery and operations teams for proposal scoping.
- Track pipeline, forecasts and win/loss analysis regularly.
- Achieve quarterly new-client revenue targets.

Requirements

- Any Graduate; MBA preferred.
- 0–4 years of experience in B2B business development or sales.
- B2B prospecting and sales pipeline-building skills.
- Proposal and presentation creation skills.
- Solid negotiation skills.
- CRM pipeline management experience.
- LinkedIn outreach skills.
- English and Tamil communication skills.

Pay: β‚Ή25,000.00 - β‚Ή45,800.00 per month
