Job Purpose
Develop and implement investment strategies, asset allocation frameworks, and market views to help clients preserve and grow wealth. Collaborate with stakeholders to align strategies with the bank's long-term goals of client acquisition and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Product & Strategy Management 1
Product & Strategy Management; Run the Investment Committee and develop asset allocation frameworks; Define investment frameworks and set portfolio exposure limits; Benchmark competitor products and ensure adherence to house views; Assess portfolio health and ensure product suitability; Business Development; Track competitor products and create macro and micro product strategies; Educate sales teams on investment products and conduct client-focused events; Provide market updates and early warning signals to management; Training & Development; Conduct webinars and provide market updates to sales teams; Develop training content and collaborate with the training team for joint programs; Risk Management & Compliance; Ensure products align with the bank's investment strategy and regulatory requirements; Maintain audit-ready documentation and highlight portfolio risks; Run stress tests and implement control strategies to minimize risks; Other(s); Provide strategic inputs and maintain competition data; Support product and research teams on initiatives and deliverables; Create analytics strategies to mitigate event risks; Team Management; Hire, train, and develop team members to build a high-performance culture; Ensure team attrition remains at acceptable levels.

Education:
Qualified degree (CA/MBA - Finance/Master's in Economics) mandatory.
Certifications:
CFA, CFP, CPWM, NISM (VA).
