Role Overview:

We are looking for detail-oriented Surveyors/Drafters to conduct physical site measurements and convert them into exact AutoCAD layouts. This is a project-based role where you will visit sites (Residential, Commercial, Industrial, or Land), measure the existing layout/boundary, and all activities, utilities, objects and submit a detailed AutoCAD drawing via email within a stipulated timeframe.

Key Responsibilities:

- Site Visit & Measurement Digitally: Visit the assigned location to conduct accurate measurements of the property. This includes Residential flats/villas, Commercial offices/shops, Factories, Industries, and vacant Land plots.
- Detailed Surveying: Measure all boundary walls, internal partitions, column placements, beam locations, window/door positions, and ceiling heights. and Other Checklists of Activities, Utilities and Objects which will be shared and are on site.
- Drafting (AutoCAD): Convert manual site sketches and measurements into a professional 2D AutoCAD drawing (.dwg and .pdf formats).
- Adherence to Checklist: Strictly follow the provided "Drafting Checklist" to ensure all necessary details (North direction, road width, surrounding elements) are captured.
- Zoning & Detailing: For industrial/factory sites, accurately mark heavy machinery locations, electrical panels, water sources, and storage areas.
- Timely Delivery: Complete the site visit and submit the final AutoCAD file via email within 1-2 days of the visit.

The Workflow:

- Assignment: We send you a project location based on your area.
- Site Visit: You visit the site with your measuring tools.
- Drafting:



You create the layout in AutoCAD based on the specific "Site Requirements Checklist" provided for that project type.
- Submission: You email the final files for approval.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of AutoCAD (2D). Must know how to work with Layers, Blocks, and Scaling.
- Measuring Tools: Must own and be proficient with a Laser Distance Meter and Measuring Tape.
- Experience: Prior experience in measuring built-up properties and industrial layouts is mandatory.
- Attention to Detail: Zero-error tolerance for dimensions. Columns and structural elements must be placed exactly as they exist on-site.
- Mobility: Must have own vehicle/transport to reach sites within the assigned city limits.

Specific Requirements by Project Type:

- Residential: Layout of rooms, toilets, kitchen slab positions, appliance locations, and entrance exact degrees.
- Commercial: Seating layout, cabins, server rooms, and pantry locations, etc.
- Industrial/Factory: Exact column grid, machine foundations, raw material entry/exit points, boilers, and overhead tanks, etc
- Land: Boundary dimensions, angles, and adjacent road details, etc.

Compensation:

- Pay per project (Rates based on square footage or site complexity).
- Travel allowance (if applicable).
