Job Summary

NubraMedia Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) / Online Bidder with hands-on experience in online bidding portals. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, preparing proposals, communicating with potential clients, and converting business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate leads through online bidding platforms.
- Manage and submit proposals on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc.
- Understand client requirements and prepare relevant proposals.
- Communicate with prospective clients through online platforms, email, and calls.
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships.
- Convert qualified leads into business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the internal team for project requirements and quotations.
- Maintain records of leads, proposals, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Research potential clients and identify new business opportunities.





Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 1–2 years of experience in Business Development / Online Bidding.
- Mandatory: Hands-on experience with online bidding portals.
- Positive knowledge of platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, or similar portals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good proposal writing and client-handling skills.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
- Basic understanding of web development, digital marketing, or related services will be an advantage.
