About the Role

We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Customer Care Associate to deliver exceptional support and create a seamless customer experience.

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai (Near Chakala/J.B. Nagar Metro Station)

1. Customer Query Resolution

- Handle customer queries and complaints received via email, phone calls, and WhatsApp in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure accurate communication and provide appropriate resolutions while maintaining a positive customer experience.

2. Complaint Management & Ticket Closure

- Track customer complaints from initiation to closure, ensuring timely resolution through refunds, replacements, or other corrective actions.




- Regularly follow up with customers and internal teams until every case is successfully closed.

3. Cross-functional Coordination

- Coordinate with the Quality team for product-related complaints and investigations.
- Liaise with the Accounts team for processing refunds and Finance-related customer requests.
- Work closely with the logistics team to monitor delivery status and resolve order-related issues.

4. MIS & Reporting

- Maintain a daily Complaint MIS in Excel, capturing complaint details, root cause, actions taken, and closure status.
- Prepare weekly and monthly customer care reports and dashboards for management review.

Key Skills Required

- Excellent verbal and written communication in English , Hindi & Marathi.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Valuable coordination and follow-up skills.
- Customer-centric approach with problem-solving ability.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases while maintaining accuracy and response timelines.
