Banquet Manager – Gyanjee Advaita

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Banquet Manager to manage day-to-day banquet operations, customer coordination, and event execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries, venue visits, quotations, negotiations, and closing rates.
- Plan menus and coordinate food requirements with the kitchen.
- Supervise complete event execution and ensure excellent guest experience.
- Coordinate housekeeping, security, maintenance, service staff, and other support teams.
- Maintain daily log books, event records, customer requirements, complaints, and operational reports.
- Monitor and record electricity consumption, DG/genset running hours, diesel consumption, and water-tank refilling.
- Monitor inventory, breakage, wastage, and general cost control.




- Coordinate staff deployment and ensure discipline and cleanliness.
- Coordinate final billing, additional requirements, and customer settlement.
- Report operational issues and requirements to management.

Candidate Requirements

- Experience in banquet/hotel/resort/event management preferred.
- Strong customer handling and negotiation skills.
- Good communication and team-management abilities.
- Organized, responsible, and comfortable managing multiple departments.
- Basic understanding of food planning, inventory, and operational cost control.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
