About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Head – Facility Operations to lead and manage the end-to-end operations and service delivery of our facilities. The role will be responsible for ensuring smooth, safe, cost-effective, and high-quality facility operations while maintaining strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead day-to-day facility operations and service delivery across assigned properties.
- Manage maintenance, repairs, security, housekeeping, landscaping, and other facility services.
- Lead and monitor vendors, contractors, and service partners to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Establish and monitor SLAs, KPIs, SOPs, and service standards.
- Prepare and manage operational budgets, expenses, and cost-control initiatives.
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance activities are completed on schedule.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, statutory,



and facility-related regulations.
- Monitor site performance and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
- Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of client and stakeholder concerns.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to support client satisfaction and retention.

Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline; facility management/engineering qualifications will be an advantage.
- 8+ years of experience in facility management, IFM, property operations, or related fields.
- Experience managing large commercial, residential, institutional, hospitality, or mixed-use facilities.
- Solid experience in vendor and contractor management.
- Good understanding of maintenance, housekeeping, security, landscaping, and safety operations.
- Experience in budget management, SLA/KPI monitoring, and client management

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
