We are looking for an energetic, confident, and persuasive Telecaller to join our growing team. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, converting potential leads, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients/leads to explain our products/services.
- Answer incoming customer inquiries and provide clear, accurate information.
- Follow up regularly with leads to close sales or book appointments.
- Maintain daily call logs and accurate records in the system.

Requirements & Skills:

- Qualification: 12th Pass or Any Graduate.
- Experience: Freshers or candidates with 0–1 years of experience in telecalling/sales.
- Languages: Good communication skills in English & Hindi.
- Strong active listening, negotiation, and convincing skills.
