Salary: ₹5,000 starting salary → up to ₹15,000 based on performance

We are looking for a smart, confident and responsible person to handle customer calls, telecalling, sales follow-ups, bookings and day-to-day office coordination.
Responsibilities:
* Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls.
* Make telecalls and follow up with leads.
* Explain our products/services and convert enquiries into sales.
* Handle customer bookings and enquiries.
* Maintain customer and sales records.
* Follow up with customers until the sale is completed.
* Manage WhatsApp, phone calls and basic customer communication.
* Coordinate appointments, bookings and deliveries.
* Maintain basic office documentation and reports.
* Keep the owner updated on leads, sales and pending follow-ups.
* Take responsibility for regular day-to-day customer communication.
Requirements:
* Good communication skills in Odia, Hindi and basic English.
* Confident and polite on the phone.
* Positive convincing and sales ability.
* Basic computer/Excel/WhatsApp knowledge.
* Must be responsible, organised and willing to learn.
* Sales/conversion experience is preferred but freshers with the right attitude can apply.
Salary & Growth:
₹5,000 starting salary during the initial period.
Based on performance and ability, salary can increase progressively to ₹8,000–₹15,000 + performance incentives.
Important: We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the company and eventually take responsibility for customer calls, bookings, sales follow-ups and office coordination independently.
