Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day construction activities at the project site. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the site.
- Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, consultants, and other site teams.
- Check measurements, quantities, levels, and quality of construction work.
- Prepare daily progress reports, site records, measurements, and other required documentation.
- Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and overall site productivity.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned teams for timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with safety rules and quality standards.
- Assist in planning and scheduling site activities to meet project deadlines.
- Conduct regular site inspections and maintain proper records.




- Ensure proper use and handling of construction materials and equipment.
- Report project progress and any delays or technical issues to the Project Manager/Management.

Requirements

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech and Polytechnical in Civil Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline.
- 3–10 years of relevant site experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, drawings, measurements, and site execution.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and relevant engineering/software tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage site responsibilities effectively.
