Assistant HR Manager – Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

- Assist the HR Manager in managing day-to-day HR operations.
- Supervise and coordinate the HR Executive and recruitment team.
- Manage recruitment, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and selection processes.
- Monitor recruitment targets and ensure timely completion of hiring activities.
- Handle employee onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR databases.
- Coordinate with employees regarding HR policies, queries, and workplace issues.
- Prepare HR reports, recruitment reports, attendance reports, and other management reports.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Support performance management and employee engagement activities.
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth HR operations.
- Ensure proper maintenance and confidentiality of employee records.




- Assist the HR Manager in resolving employee-related issues.
- Train and guide junior HR team members when required.
- Perform other HR and administrative duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

- Qualification: Graduate / MBA in HR or equivalent.
- Experience: 1–3 years in HR/recruitment preferred.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and basic HR operations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership and team-management abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, Email, and HR software.
- Strong coordination, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve recruitment targets.

Pay: ₹15,641.84 - ₹24,623.48 per month
