With a product portfolio of 10,000+ SKUs, Ishan World aims to provide customers with a complete one-stop solution for home improvement and décor needs. Our first state-of-the-art multi-brand retail store has been launched in Agra, with plans to expand the concept across India.

Job Summary:

We are looking for Sales Executives who are energetic, customer-focused, and target-oriented to drive retail sales and business development in Agra and Firozabad.

The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of the local market and preferably have experience in the ceramic, tiles, sanitary ware, building materials, or related industries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective customer engagement and business development.
- Generate new leads and develop business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, retailers, architects, interior designers, contractors, and other business partners.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Develop solid product knowledge and effectively explain product features, perks, pricing, and applications.




- Conduct market visits to identify new business opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers to convert leads into sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, leads, sales activities, and follow-ups.
- Collect market feedback, competitor information, and customer insights and share them with management.
- Ensure timely follow-up for quotations, orders, payments, and customer requirements.
- Prepare and submit regular sales and activity reports.

Candidate Requirements:

- Education: Graduate or equivalent qualification.
- Experience: Prior experience in sales is preferred; experience in retail sales or building materials will be an advantage.
- Industry Preference: Candidates with experience in ceramic, tiles, sanitary ware, bath fittings, construction materials, or related industries will be preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Good sales and business development ability with a target-oriented approach.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
- Good knowledge of the Agra/Firozabad local market and surrounding areas will be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
