Job Purpose

The Warden Plus – Plumber will be responsible for the day-to-day management and well-being of employees staying in the company hostel, along with basic plumbing and facility maintenance activities. The role also requires supporting the Admin Team with employee attendance, grievances, reporting, and transportation-related requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations and discipline of the employee hostel.
- Monitor and maintain employee attendance and hostel records.
- Address employee grievances and coordinate with the Admin Team for resolution.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, discipline, and proper maintenance of hostel facilities.
- Report hostel-related issues, employee concerns, and incidents to the Admin Team.
- Handle basic plumbing maintenance and repairs, including:
- Water supply and pipelines
- Taps, valves, sinks, toilets, and drainage
- Leakage identification and repair
- Basic plumbing fixture maintenance
- Coordinate with external plumbers/maintenance teams when major repairs are required.




- Conduct regular checks of hostel plumbing and water facilities.
- Support the Admin Team in emergency and facility-related activities.
- Drive company vehicles when required for official/hostel-related work.
- Ensure safe and responsible driving and proper vehicle upkeep.
- Maintain basic records and submit regular reports to the Admin Team.
- Perform other administrative and facility-support duties assigned by the management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in hostel/warden, facility maintenance, plumbing, or a similar role.
- Practical knowledge of basic plumbing and maintenance work.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle employee grievances and maintain discipline.
- Basic record-keeping and reporting skills.
- Valid driving licence and good driving skills.
- Ability to work independently and respond to emergencies when required.
- Responsible, disciplined, trustworthy, and service-oriented attitude.

Preferred Candidate

A candidate with experience in industrial/company hostel management, basic plumbing maintenance, employee coordination, and driving will be preferred.
