We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Tally Operator to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role will be punching and processing sales orders accurately in Tally while ensuring proper coordination with the sales and accounts team.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally, good data entry speed, and accuracy in handling sales-related documentation and order processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Punch and process daily sales orders in Tally accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain proper records of invoices, sales entries, and order data.
- Verify order details received from the sales team before processing.
- Coordinate with the accounts, warehouse, and dispatch teams for smooth order execution.
- Ensure timely and error-free data entry in the system.
- Generate sales reports, invoices, and required documents from Tally.
- Maintain updated customer and product records in the software.
- Identify and report discrepancies in orders, billing, or stock details.
- Support the team with basic MIS and documentation work whenever required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of experience as a Tally Operator or in a similar data entry/accounts role.
- Freshers are welcome and trainging will be provided.
- Tally knowledge is mandatory.
- Basic understanding of sales order processing and invoicing.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and computer operations.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple entries and meet deadlines.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in FMCG, Beauty, Cosmetics, or Consumer Goods industry will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with inventory and billing processes.
- Basic understanding of GST invoicing and accounting entries.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
