Title: Business Development Executive — IT Sales
Location: Nashik (WFO)
Experience: 2-4 years

The Role

You'll own outbound IT sales prospecting into companies with broken internal processes — identifying them, getting a first conversation booked, and qualifying it properly before it's handed off.

Channels: Email, LinkedIn, and phone calling to British and European buyers.

Responsibilities

- Research and prioritize target accounts with operational pain points can solve.
- Run and continuously refine outbound email and LinkedIn sequences.
- Call and convert warm and cold prospects into booked calls.
- Qualify every booked call before it reaches the founders — right problem, right stakeholder, right timing.
- Track and report on reply rates, booking rates, and pipeline value.

What We're Looking For





- 2–4 years in B2B IT sales / sales development (SDR/BDR), with a track record of cold emails that got replies
- Comfortable and confident speaking with British and European buyers
- Prior experience in a niche or vertical-expansion sales role is a plus, not a requirement

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
