Job Summary :

We are looking for a Field Desktop Support Engineer to handle onsite support and service activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Installation and troubleshooting of Desktop, Laptop, Printer, and other IT hardware
- Basic networking support (LAN, router, switch configuration)
- OS installation and software troubleshooting
- Customer site visits for service and maintenance
- Coordinating with the service team and updating call status

Requirements:

- Diploma / Any Degree in IT / Computer Science / Electronics
- Basic knowledge of hardware and networking
- Freshers or experienced candidates can apply
- Two-wheeler mandatory
- Valuable communication skills
