Job Description – Merchandiser cum Program Manager

Department: Programs / Operations

Reporting To: Program Head / Management

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location : Udyog Vihar, Ph. V, Gurugram, Haryana

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Plan and manage merchandise requirements for various programs, events, and activities.

Coordinate with vendors for sourcing, customization, quotations, production, quality, and timely delivery of merchandise.

Manage merchandise inventory, stock records, dispatches, and replenishment requirements.

Coordinate with internal teams and other stakeholders for smooth program execution.

Plan and execute events, workshops, campaigns, and other assigned programs.

Manage event logistics, including merchandise, sports equipment, branding material, transportation, and venue requirements.

Monitor program timelines, budgets, deliverables, and overall execution.

Maintain records, MIS reports, invoices, vendor documents, and other program-related documentation.

Support branding requirements.





Identify operational challenges and ensure timely resolution during program/event execution.

Ensure compliance with organizational policies, quality standards, and approved budgets.

Perform any other duties related to merchandising, program management, or operations as assigned by the management.

Required Skills

Good communication, coordination, negotiation, and vendor management skills.

Solid planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets.

Ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines.

Willingness to travel for programs/events, as required.

Qualification & Experience

Graduate in any relevant discipline.

1–2 years of experience in merchandising, program management, event management, operations, or a related field.

Experience in NGO or FMCG will be an added advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
