- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs
- Handle enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions
- Maintain strong relationships with students and parents
- Convert leads into successful admissions
- Achieve monthly counselling and admission targets
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in academic counselling or sales is preferred
- Strong convincing and follow-up skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply
