Project & Business Development Manager

We are looking for a mature and professionally capable individual to independently manage English Communication Skills training projects and develop new business opportunities from our Ahmedabad office.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently manage end-to-end execution of English Communication Skills training projects.
- Liaise with Government departments, academic institutions and other stakeholders.
- Manage trainers, training schedules, delivery, assessments, documentation and project reporting.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of qualified English language trainers.
- Identify and pursue recent opportunities in Government, education and institutional segments.
- Represent the organisation in meetings, presentations and business discussions.
- Travel to project locations as required.

Preferred Profile





- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience specifically in English Communication Skills / English Language Training, and must have Master Degree
- CELTA, TESOL, TKT or similar qualification preferred.
- Good understanding of CEFR and English language training methodologies.
- Mature, confident and capable of independently dealing with Government and academic stakeholders.
- Strong communication, coordination, networking and business development skills.
- Existing network of English language trainers would be an advantage.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision from the Ahmedabad office.
- Willingness to travel.

Remuneration: Commensurate with experience and suitability for the role.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
