Job Description

We are looking for passionate and skilled IELTS Trainers to join our team at ITESKUL. The ideal candidates will be responsible for delivering engaging, interactive and result-driven sessions while helping students achieve their target band scores for higher education, career advancement and global opportunities. The role involves creating a motivating learning environment that builds confidence, strengthens English language proficiency and equips students with effective test-taking strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct IELTS training sessions covering all four modules: Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking.
- Plan and deliver sessions in accordance with the IELTS curriculum and examination standards.
- Develop structured lesson plans, practice tests, assignments and study materials.
- Provide individual feedback and guidance to help students improve their performance.
- Evaluate students through mock tests and track their progress regularly.
- Teach effective exam strategies, time management techniques and confidence-building skills.
- Maintain student attendance records and performance reports.




- Collaborate with the academic team to enhance training methodologies and course content.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written).
- A recognized certification such as IELTS, TEFL, TESOL, CELTA or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Alternatively, candidates with a Bachelor's degree, diploma or any relevant qualification in English, Linguistics, Education or a related field may also apply.
- An IELTS Band Score of 7.5 or above is preferred.
- Solid communication, presentation and teaching skills.
- Passion for mentoring and guiding students toward their target scores.
- Ability to simplify grammar, vocabulary and test strategies for learners of different proficiency levels.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in teaching IELTS, PTE, TOEFL or other English proficiency examinations.
- Robust classroom management and student engagement skills.
- Familiarity with online teaching platforms and digital learning tools.
- Ability to conduct engaging and interactive online training sessions.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
