Key Responsibilities

- Verify POs for item details, quantity, rates, taxes, terms and delivery timelines.
- Ensure accurate PO preparation as per approved requirements.
- Lead and supervise the PO creation team; allocate work and monitor performance.
- Coordinate with Sales, Inventory, Accounts/Finance and Vendors.
- Identify and resolve PO discrepancies and amendments.
- Track pending POs, approvals and delivery schedules.
- Maintain proper PO records and prepare purchase reports.
- Ensure company procurement processes are followed and reduce PO errors.

Required Skills

- 2–3 years’ experience in Purchase/Procurement/PO Management.
- Strong knowledge of POs and procurement processes.
- Team handling/coordination experience.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/software.
- Strong communication, follow-up and coordination skills.
- Valuable attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Garment, apparel, textile or trading industry experience preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
