About the job

Unnity, a growing digital marketing agency, is looking for confident and communicative women (30+) to join our team as Telecallers, working from home. This role is ideal for women looking to restart their careers, balance work with family responsibilities, or find flexible part time employment without compromising on professional growth.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential clients/leads to explain Unnity's services
- Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication with prospects
- Understand client requirements and share qualified leads with the sales team
- Maintain accurate call logs and update records daily in Excel/Google Sheets
- Handle basic client queries professionally over calls and WhatsApp

Requirements

- Women aged 30 years and above
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English




- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service preferred (freshers with strong communication may also apply)
- Basic knowledge of smartphone, WhatsApp, and Excel/Google Sheets
- Own smartphone and stable internet connection required
- Candidates based in Delhi/NCR preferred
