Job Title:head Chef

Role Summary

Prepare and serve safe, nutritious, dishes for patients, staff, visitors, and hospital guests. Maintain highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and diet compliance as per hospital protocols.

Key Responsibilities

1. Menu Planning:Create patient-friendly + staff/visitor menu. Include healthy options: brown rice rolls, veg sushi, protein bowls.

2. Inventory & Quality:Check daily delivery of fish/vegetables. Maintain cold chain. Track expiry, wastage, and stock.

3. Service:Manage live counter for staff/visitors. Pack takeaway boxes for patient attenders. Ensure timely service during peak hours.

4. Documentation:Maintain temperature logs,



cleaning logs, and incident reports as per hospital policy.

Requirements

Experience:10+years as head Chef in restaurant, hotel, or institutional kitchen

Certifications:FSSAI Food Safety, Hygiene Training preferred. Hospital kitchen experience is a plus

Traits:Calm under pressure, disciplined, team player, good communication

Working Conditions Hospital setting with shift duties including weekends/holidays

Must follow dress code, ID badge, and hospital policies

Background verification + health check mandatory

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
