Location: Bengaluru – Work from Office
Position: Management Trainee – US IT Recruitment
Experience: 0–1 Year / Freshers

Shift: Monday–Friday | 7:00 PM – 4:30 AM
Joining: Immediate Joiners | Within 1 Week

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media & referrals
- Screen and communicate with candidates
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and clients
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
- Learn US recruitment processes and hiring practices
- Develop qualified communication and stakeholder management skills

WHO CAN APPLY?

Bachelor's degree in any discipline




Freshers with strong communication skills
Passionate about Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Comfortable working night shifts
Willing to work from office
Comfortable with a target-driven environment
Basic knowledge of LinkedIn/job portals is an added advantage
