About the Role

We are looking for a creative and versatile Video Editor & Graphic Content Creator who can independently manage video editing, graphic designing, and digital content creation.

The ideal candidate should have a strong visual sense and be comfortable transforming ideas, raw footage, scripts, and marketing briefs into engaging Reels, short-form videos, corporate videos, social media creatives, brochures, thumbnails, and other digital content.

The role requires someone who understands current social media trends and can create professional yet engaging content for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital channels.

Key ResponsibilitiesVideo Editing & Production

- Edit professional videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, YouTube, advertisements, corporate presentations, and promotional campaigns.
- Convert raw footage into polished and engaging video content.
- Add transitions, motion graphics, subtitles, captions, sound effects, background music, and visual effects.
- Create both short-form and long-form video content.
- Edit interviews, podcasts, testimonials, educational videos, event videos, and corporate content.
- Optimize videos according to different social media platform requirements.
- Create compelling hooks and maintain appropriate pacing to improve viewer retention.
- Maintain consistent branding, tone, and visual quality across video content.

Graphic Designing

- Design creative assets for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, websites, and digital campaigns.
- Create social media posts, carousels, banners, thumbnails, infographics, posters, advertisements, and campaign creatives.
- Support the creation and designing of brochures, presentations, programme collateral, and marketing materials.




- Maintain consistency with the company's brand guidelines.
- Resize and adapt creatives for different digital platforms and marketing requirements.

Content Creation

- Work with the marketing team to develop creative concepts for social media and marketing campaigns.
- Convert marketing ideas and briefs into engaging visual content.
- Assist in creating content ideas, video concepts, captions, hooks, headlines, and basic scripts.
- Research current social media trends, formats, memes, and content styles relevant to the brand.
- Suggest new content formats that can improve engagement and brand visibility.
- Develop content around finance, trading, education, careers, institutional partnerships, and corporate branding.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect information, footage, photographs, and other content requirements.

Required Skills

- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and animations.
- Good command of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Experience with Canva and other quick-content creation tools.
- Knowledge of CapCut or similar short-form video editing tools will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of video composition, typography, layouts, transitions, and visual storytelling.
- Knowledge of social media content formats and current digital trends.
- Basic understanding of copywriting, scripting, and content creation.
- Ability to create content from concept to final execution.
- Ability to handle multiple creative projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 2–4 years of relevant experience in video editing, graphic designing, and digital content creation.




- Experience working with a digital marketing agency, EdTech, FinTech, education, finance, or startup environment will be preferred.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating video editing and graphic design work is mandatory.
- Creative thinker with attention to detail and a good understanding of branding.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple content requirements.
- Ability to independently take ownership of assigned creative projects.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Performance will primarily be evaluated on:

- Quality and creativity of videos and graphics.
- Timely delivery of assigned creatives.
- Brand consistency across content.
- Social media content engagement and effectiveness.
- Ability to generate fresh and relevant content ideas.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Turnaround time for urgent marketing requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree/diploma in Mass Communication, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Animation, Film Production, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred.

Candidates with a strong portfolio and relevant practical experience may also be considered irrespective of their academic specialization.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who is more than just a video editor. The candidate should be capable of understanding a content idea, visualizing it, designing the required graphics, editing the video, and helping turn it into high-quality, platform-ready content.

Preferred profile: Video Editor + Graphic Designer + Content Creator

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
