Job Opening: E-commerce Executive

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage our day-to-day marketplace operations, inventory, order processing, returns, claims, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with major e-commerce marketplaces and strong knowledge of Excel and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations across Myntra, Nykaa, Amazon and other e-commerce marketplaces.
- Hands-on experience with EasyEcom and/or Elites Ecom is required.
- Manage product listings, inventory updates, order processing and marketplace-related operations.
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory and stock levels across all platforms.
- Handle GRN (Goods Receipt Note) processes and inventory reconciliation.
- Track customer returns, RTOs, cancellations, lost shipments and damaged returns.
- Maintain proper records of marketplace returns and reconcile returned stock with warehouse inventory.
- Identify and track fake, wrong, used, damaged or non-company product returns received from customers/marketplaces.
- Raise and follow up on fake return, wrong return, damaged return and missing-item claims with marketplaces within the required timelines.
- Maintain claim records and regularly follow up on pending reimbursements and claim settlements.
- Verify return shipments against order details, SKU, quantity and product condition before closing the return.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams for proper return QC, inwarding and stock reconciliation.




- Coordinate stock inward, outward, returns and marketplace inventory adjustments.
- Identify stock mismatches and ensure timely reconciliation.
- Monitor low-stock, out-of-stock and excess-stock situations.
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports for orders, returns, claims, inventory and reimbursements.
- Work with warehouse and internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Handle marketplace operational issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate data for SKUs, orders, inventory, returns, claims and stock movements.

Skills Required

- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant e-commerce experience.
- Strong working knowledge of Myntra, Nykaa and Amazon seller panels.
- Experience with EasyEcom or Elites Ecom.
- Good understanding of marketplace returns, RTO, claims and reimbursement processes.
- Experience in handling and raising fake return/wrong return claims is preferred.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data filtering and reporting.
- Strong understanding of inventory management, stock reconciliation and GRN.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to independently manage multiple marketplaces and daily operational tasks.

Candidate Requirement

Candidates should be Jaipur-based and available for a full-time, work-from-office role.

Salary: ₹20,000–₹23,000 per month to start, depending on experience and skills.

Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in E-commerce Operations / Marketplace Management.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
