We're looking for a Field Sales Executive to go out into the market, meet potential customers/retailers/distributors, and generate sales for our product. This is a hands-on, on-ground role focused on daily visits, relationship building, and closing orders.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit assigned areas/territories daily to meet potential customers, retailers, or distributors
- Pitch and sell company products/services face-to-face
- Generate new leads and follow up on existing ones
- Take orders and ensure timely delivery/collection coordination
- Build and maintain relationships with clients for repeat business
- Report daily visits, orders, and collections to the manager (via app, sheet, or call)
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Gather market feedback and share competitor insights





Required Skills & Qualifications

- 0–3 years of experience in field sales/direct sales (freshers welcome)
- Positive communication and convincing skills
- Comfortable traveling daily within the assigned territory
- Basic smartphone usage
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Two-wheeler with valid license preferred

Preferred Qualities

- Prior experience in FMCG, retail, or direct sales
- Local market knowledge of the assigned territory
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
