We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Online Marketing Executive to manage and support the company’s online sales operations across various e-commerce platforms. The candidate will be responsible for product listing, order processing, inventory coordination, online promotions, and improving overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms and company website
Update product descriptions, pricing, images, and stock availability
Handle order processing, shipment coordination, and returns management
Monitor online sales performance and prepare reports
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and marketing teams
Execute online promotional campaigns and offers
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Track competitor pricing and market trends
Ensure smooth day-to-day e-commerce operations
Required Skills
Knowledge of E-commerce platforms and online marketplaces
Basic understanding of digital marketing and online sales
Strong communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
