Job Summary

H.S. Oberoi Buildtech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and technically proficient Billing Engineer to manage project billing, quantity measurements, BOQ verification, contractor billing, and cost-related documentation. The candidate will coordinate closely with the Project, Site, Procurement, and Accounts teams to ensure accurate and timely billing in accordance with approved drawings, BOQs, work orders, and contractual terms.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and verify Client RA Bills, Subcontractor Bills, and Final Bills based on actual work executed at site.
- Take measurements of completed work and verify quantities against approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, and site records.
- Prepare Quantity Take-Off (QTO), Measurement Sheets, Quantity Abstracts, and Billing Statements.
- Study and interpret BOQs, construction drawings, specifications, work orders, and contract documents.
- Prepare and maintain Bill of Quantities (BOQ), Measurement Books (MB), RA Bills, and billing registers.
- Identify and prepare statements for extra items, deviations, variations, and additional works.




- Conduct rate analysis for extra and non-scheduled items and provide supporting documentation for approval.
- Prepare material reconciliation statements for cement, steel, concrete, bricks/AAC blocks, sand, aggregates, and other construction materials.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers and Project Managers for verification of executed quantities and work progress.
- Coordinate with Accounts and Commercial teams regarding bill certification, deductions, recoveries, and payment status.

Required Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 7-8 years of relevant experience in billing, quantity surveying, estimation, or construction projects.
- Experience in residential/commercial real estate or building construction will be preferred.
- Solid knowledge of BOQ, RA Billing, Quantity Take-Off, Measurement Sheets, Rate Analysis, and Material Reconciliation.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
