Full job description

Cromnex technology is looking for a skilled and motivated Laptop Technician to join our refurbishment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing, diagnosing, repairing, upgrading, and refurbishing laptops and desktops to ensure they meet our quality standards before resale.

Key Responsibilities:

- Test and diagnose laptops and desktops.
- Repair and replace hardware components such as SSDs, RAM, keyboards, displays, batteries, and fans.
- Install and configure Windows, drivers, and software.
- Perform functional and cosmetic grading of devices.
- Conduct BIOS configuration and system diagnostics.
- Ensure devices pass quality checks before dispatch.




- Maintain repair records and inventory updates.
- Keep the workspace organized and follow company quality standards.

Requirements:

- 1–5 years of experience in laptop/desktop repair.
- Knowledge of Dell, HP, Lenovo, Apple, and other major brands.
- Robust troubleshooting and hardware repair skills.
- Experience with Windows installation and system configuration.
- Basic motherboard-level troubleshooting is a plus.
- ITI, Diploma, or equivalent qualification preferred.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
