Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive – Client Services to manage administrative tasks, coordinate with international clients, and leverage AI tools to improve productivity. The role involves supporting client operations across communication, project coordination, research, and task execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage emails, calendars, documentation, reports, and daily task execution.
- Support business projects and day-to-day client operations.
- Conduct online research and summarize findings clearly.
- Communicate professionally with international clients.
- Provide client communication and customer support.




- Track project progress and follow deadlines.
- Work with tools such as Trello, Asana, Slack, and Microsoft Teams.
- Handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing client requirements.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Client Service role with international clients.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, Google Suite, Teams, and O365.
- Excellent communication, research, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity.
