Responsibilities:

- Looking for : evening shift ( 4pm to 1am) , at Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai.

- Handling incoming & outgoing calls, emails and chats with good communication skills professionally.

- Should speak fluently in at least 3 Indian regional languages.

- Exceptional phone manner.

- Patient centric and Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Must be flexible, organized, and function well under pressure.

- Documenting all the calls.

- Quality & AHT to be maintained as per process requirement.

- Always be updated with the Process knowledge.

- Should take initiatives & be adaptable for the changes.

- Basic knowledge on Computer skills.

- Work from office.

- Should be patient and speak fluently
