Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Employee role based in Uttar Pradesh, India. Daily tasks include scheduling and conducting client meetings, presenting product information, following up on leads, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. The role also involves achieving sales targets, collecting market feedback, tracking competitor activities, and preparing basic sales reports. The Sales Employee will collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely order processing, product availability, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications





Proven ability in pharmaceutical or general sales, including building and maintaining client relationships and meeting sales targets.

Solid communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the capacity to explain product benefits clearly and confidently.

Basic understanding of pharmaceutical products or willingness to learn medical and product information quickly.

Good organizational and time-management skills, including planning daily routes and managing multiple client visits.

Comfort with basic digital tools (email, spreadsheets, messaging apps) for reporting and coordination.

Ability to travel locally within Uttar Pradesh and work primarily in the field.

Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree or diploma in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field is an advantage.

Prior experience in pharma sales or field sales is preferred but motivated entry-level candidates will also be considered.

Pay: ₹10,733.13 - ₹18,000.00 per month
