Aarthik Salahakar helps startups and businesses across Madhya Pradesh grow financially , and compliance support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our services
- Explain government scheme benefits clearly and handle basic client queries
- Update the lead tracker daily with call outcomes and follow-up notes
- Schedule follow-ups and hand over interested leads to the business development team
- Achieve daily/weekly call targets

Requirements:

- Fluent in Hindi and English (spoken)
- Clear communication and a pleasant phone manner
- Basic computer skills (Excel/Google Sheets, WhatsApp)
- Prior telecalling experience preferred, not mandatory
- Patience and persistence to handle rejection positively
- Willing to work from our Bhopal office

Salary: As per industry standards
