We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Manager to manage HR operations and drive people initiatives aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and employee relations.
- Manage performance appraisal, promotions, and talent management processes.
- Identify training needs and coordinate Learning & Development initiatives.
- Manage compensation, advantages, and payroll coordination.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company HR policies.
- Prepare HR MIS, dashboards, and workforce reports.
- Partner with business leaders on manpower planning and HR strategy.
- Lead and mentor the HR team and improve HR processes.

Requirements

- Graduate/MBA/PGDM in HR or related field.
- 5–7 years of relevant HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and compliance.
- Good communication, leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience with HRMS and MS Excel preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
