Job Summary

We are looking for a highly creative and versatile Content Creator to develop engaging and impactful content across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be skilled in storytelling, social media trends, and brand communication to enhance audience engagement and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Conceptualize, create, and publish engaging content for social media, blogs, websites, and other digital platforms.
- Develop multimedia content such as reels, short videos, graphics, stories, and posts to increase brand visibility.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to align content with campaigns and brand strategy.
- Research industry trends, audience preferences, and competitors to generate fresh ideas.
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of content.
- Optimize content for SEO, reach, and engagement.
- Track performance metrics and analyze content effectiveness.

Video Editing:

1. Edit video content for various platforms, including promotional videos, educational content, interviews, and event coverage.

2. Ensure that the video content maintains high production standards and adheres to the college's brand guidelines.

3. Collaborate with faculty, staff, and students to gather content and provide creative input on video projects.

4. Incorporate sound design, music, and special effects to enhance video quality.

Quality Control:

5. Review and proofread video content for accuracy, visual appeal, and overall quality.

6. Conduct quality control checks to ensure videos are error-free and suitable for the intended audience.

Archiving and Organization:

Manage and maintain a well-structured video asset library, ensuring easy access for team members and future use.

8. Backup and archive video files to ensure data integrity.

Collaboration:

9. Work closely with the Media Production team, graphic designers, and content creators to produce cohesive multimedia content.

10. Collaborate with other departments to understand their video needs and provide creative solutions.

Technology Proficiency:

11. Utilize industry-standard video editing software and hardware to complete tasks efficiently.

12. Stay updated with the latest video editing tools and techniques to enhance skills and productivity.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Robust writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc.).
- Proficiency in content creation tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar.
- Basic video editing and photography skills (added advantage).
- Creative mindset with the ability to produce innovative ideas.
- Knowledge of current digital marketing trends and audience engagement strategies.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree
- 1–3 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or social media management (freshers with strong portfolios may also apply).

Additional Advantage (Not Mandatory)

- Experience with influencer marketing, podcasting, or community building.
- Knowledge of SEO tools, analytics, or paid media campaigns.

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
