- Manage the complete inventory lifecycle, including purchasing, stock movement, storage, dispatch, returns, and inventory reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely stock updates.
- Coordinate order processing, packaging, and dispatch to ensure timely deliveries.
- Address and resolve customer grievances related to product delivery, delays, returns, or damaged items.
- Support inventory management and the day-to-day operations of the clinic.
- Coordinate with vendors, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with marketing operations, including barter collaborations with influencers.
- Coordinate and manage user-generated content (UGC) from influencers and customers.
- Work closely with the creative team to ensure the timely delivery of social media content.
- Prepare weekly and monthly inventory and operations reports.
- Identify operational issues and suggest improvements to increase efficiency.

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
