· Acts as a liaison between IT and business units by:

o Opening and maintaining lines of communication to monitor and improve business unit satisfaction with IT;

o Provides a single point of contact for business units into IT and acts as a conduit between the two business units;

o Makes recommendations for product enhancements; documents all business requirements

· Manages business unit expectations of IT by:

o Participating in Business Process Modeling sessions, acting as a documentation, co-facilitator, facilitator, or subject matter expert in sketch sessions;

o Conducts interviews and performs analysis in order to create Business Cases for projects;

o Conducts preliminary investigation for all project requests. Reviews requirements, specifications, test, support and training plans to ensure they are in line with business objectives on projects;

o Participates in Business Process Management group efforts to collect and analyze metrics and continually improve processes owned by the group;

o Participates in root cause analysis in order to recommend product enhancements or other

o appropriate actions to improve productivity for both the business units and IT.

· Document and maintain process flows for each Area of Responsibility, as well as review procedures to ensure they align with processes and procedures.

· May act as a project manager on some projects.

· May participate in documenting procedures from time to time as required by Management.

· Through knowledge of Gap analysis, BRD,FRD and SPS.

· End-to-end process flow documentation along with experience in SOP, DTPs and user manual.

validate and document business and system requirements, ensuring they are in line with key strategic principles and translated from business operations, business objectives, or from external requirements
- Create and maintain documentation such as process documentation and training material, as well as supporting controls and quality assurance for key stakeholders
- Assisting in market research, competitive analysis and user research
- Assisting in creating Test plan, acceptance criteria and carry out functional testing
- Strong understanding of business processes, customer journey and business requirements
- Experience with basic data analysis and reporting
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Jira and Confluence
- Expertise is process mapping (as-is to future state)
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Qualifications

- Minimum 6 years of experience in Business Analysis profile
- Previous Business Analyst experience preferred
- Project management methodologies is a plus
- Proficient in BRD, FRD,Gap Analysis, Business Analysis, Healthcare Analytics, and Documentation Skills.
- Robust understanding of Agile Methodology.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data or related field
