Job Summary

Loreto is looking for an Warehouse Executive – Inventory Management to manage and maintain inventory operations at our warehouse in Narol, Ahmedabad.

The selected candidate will undergo 1 month of training at our Makarba office before moving to the warehouse for permanent work.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day inventory and stock operations
- Maintain accurate records of stock and inventory levels
- Track inward and outward stock movement
- Perform regular physical stock counting and reconciliation
- Monitor stock shortages, excess inventory, and discrepancies
- Update inventory data using MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Coordinate with warehouse staff for receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
- Maintain proper documentation of inventory movement
- Conduct regular stock audits and inventory checks
- Identify stock discrepancies and coordinate for timely resolution
- Ensure proper organization and maintenance of warehouse inventory
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding stock requirements and availability

Requirements





- 6+ months of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, stock management, or a similar role
- Basic understanding of warehouse and inventory processes
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to maintain systematic records
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
- Ability to handle stock reconciliation and identify discrepancies

Training & Work Location

First 1 Month: Makarba, Ahmedabad – Training

After Training: Narol, Ahmedabad – Permanent Warehouse Location

Candidates must be comfortable working at the Narol warehouse after completion of the training period.
