IT support Executive

Core Responsibilities

- End-User Support: Resolve hardware, software, and peripheral device problems via remote or phone.
- System Administration: Install, configure, and update operating systems like Windows or Microsoft office productivity tools and outlook mailing systems.
- Special Skills Required : Advance Excel, Website maintenance and domain handling.
- Network Maintenance: Monitor LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN connections, and basic router or firewall setups.
- Asset & Security Management: Track IT inventory, manage user access controls, and handle antivirus or endpoint security updates.
- ERP/CRM Coordination: Work with internal back-office team to solve the queries related to ERP and CRM software.

Key Skills and Qualifications

- Education: BCA/MCA in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Technical Knowledge: Robust grasp of PC hardware troubleshooting, LAN/WAN networks, and Microsoft 365 and marketing ERP/CRM software.
- Experience: Min. 3 years of experience in corporate technical support.
- Soft Skills: Problem-solving mindset, clear communication, and customer-service orientation.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
