Location: Baner, Pune

Experience: 1–3 Years in Automobile Spare Parts / Workshop Stores preferred

Job Purpose

To accurately pick, arrange, verify, issue, and deliver automobile spare parts as per job cards, invoices, and workshop requirements while maintaining proper inventory control and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

- Pick spare parts as per part number, description, vehicle model, and required quantity.

- Verify parts before issuing them against authorized job cards, invoices, or material requests.

- Coordinate with Parts Counter, Service Advisors, Technicians, and Parts Manager for parts requirements.

- Maintain proper rack/bin organization and ensure parts are easy to locate.

- Arrange, label, shift, load, and unload automobile spare parts safely.

- Check parts for physical damage before issuing.

- Return unused or wrongly picked parts to the correct location with proper documentation.

- Assist in stock counting, cycle counting, and physical inventory verification.

- Report stock discrepancies, missing/damaged parts, and incorrect part numbers to the supervisor.

- Follow FIFO/FEFO principles wherever applicable.

- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and discipline in the parts store.





- Prevent unauthorized movement or removal of company/customer parts.

- Perform other store-related duties assigned by the Parts Manager.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of automobile spare parts.

- Ability to identify parts by part number, description, model, and application.

- Knowledge of rack/bin storage systems.

- Basic computer/ERP knowledge preferred.

- Positive numerical and counting skills.

- Attention to detail and accuracy.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced workshop/store environment.

- Physically fit to safely handle automobile parts.

Qualification

Minimum: 10th / 12th Pass

Preferred: ITI / Automobile-related qualification or relevant spare-parts experience.

Suitable Candidates

Candidates with experience as Parts Picker, Spare Parts Assistant, Store Assistant, Parts Store Executive, Automobile Store Assistant, or Workshop Stores Assistant can be considered.
