Job Responsibilities

- Supervise daily weaving production and ensure production targets are achieved.

- Monitor loom performance, efficiency, and machine stoppages.

- Handle weaving operators and allocate manpower according to production requirements.

- Ensure fabric quality and minimize weaving defects.

- Coordinate with Maintenance, Sizing, Warping, and Quality teams.

- Monitor warp and weft requirements and ensure smooth production flow.

- Identify and resolve loom-related production issues.

- Maintain production, quality, and shift reports.

- Ensure proper housekeeping, 5S, and workplace safety.

- Train and guide operators on proper machine operation and quality standards.

Requirements

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Textile Technology

- 0–5 years of experience in weaving production

- Experience in Air-jet / Rapier Looms

- Strong knowledge of loom operations & troubleshooting

- Knowledge of warp,



weft & fabric construction

- Production target & efficiency monitoring

- Manpower handling & shift management

- Fabric quality inspection & defect control

- Basic MS Excel & production reporting

- Good communication & team leadership skills

- Knowledge of 5S & workplace safety
