Roles and Responsibilities:

1. International Sales:

- Maintain strong relationships with international clients through effective communication. Managing communication with international clients, handling inquiries and quotations, processing export orders, coordinating with internal teams for order execution, maintaining ERP sales order entries, confirming delivery timelines and verifying purchase orders for pricing accuracy and compliance.

2. Logistics, Shipment Coordination and documentation:

- Managing shipment documentation in ERP, processing invoicing and e-way bills, coordinating with freight forwarders, shipping lines and transporters, closely working with the factory team.

3. ERP and Reporting:

- Maintain export records and update ERP systems regularly. Generate export reports and provide key insights to management for decision- making.

4. BOM (Bill of Materials) Management:

- Coordinate with technical, development, IT and packaging teams for BOM preparation and ERP/system integration, as well as handling export regulatory activities,



documentation, coordination with accounts/CA and liaising with customs and government authorities for approvals and registrations.

Experience: 1-3 Years of experience in sales coordination. Previous experience in Manufacturing will be preferable.

Education: Any Graduate/ Post Graduate. Should be fluent in English and positive in Excel.
