We are seeking skilled Service Engineers to support inverter testing, troubleshooting, customer technical support, and field service coordination from our Ahmedabad office.
- Key Responsibilities
* Diagnose and resolve inverter-related technical issues.
* Handle customer technical queries.
* Coordinate with field engineers and dealers.
* Perform product testing and quality checks.
* Maintain service documentation and reports.
* Assist in product improvement feedback.
- Requirements
* Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics.
* Experience in solar inverter servicing.
* Strong technical and analytical skills.
* Positive communication and customer handling ability
