Job Summary

The Pristine Hotel, Kanpur is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving hotel revenue through corporate sales, business development, client relationship management, and current account acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities through corporate, travel trade, banquet, and local market segments.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Conduct regular sales calls, client visits, and market visits to generate business.

Promote the hotel's rooms, restaurants, banquets, events, and other facilities.

Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.

Handle corporate and social event related enquiries and follow up on leads to convert them into business.

Coordinate with Front Office, F&B;, Banquets, Reservations, and other departments to ensure smooth execution of business.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and sales activities.

Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

Participate in sales promotions, exhibitions,



networking events, and other business development activities.

Prepare regular sales reports and update the Sales Manager/HOD on business development activities.

Candidate Profile

Graduate in Hotel Management, Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in hotel sales, preferably in a reputed hotel.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Good knowledge of the local corporate and business market in Kanpur is an advantage.

Target-oriented with a proactive approach to business development.

Presentable, confident, and professional personality.

Good command of English and Hindi.

Ability to build long-term client relationships and work effectively in a team.
