About the Role

The F&B; Server is responsible for serving guests food and beverages and making sure they have a pleasant dining experience at Patan Mahal.

Main Responsibilities

- Welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner.
- Set up tables before meals and clean them after guests finish.
- Take food and beverage orders correctly.
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a proper and timely manner.
- Check with guests during the meal to make sure everything is comfortable and satisfactory.
- Clear used plates, glasses and cutlery from tables.
- Keep the dining areas, tables and service areas clean and tidy.
- Help with breakfast, lunch, dinner, tea/coffee and other guest services.
- Assist with outdoor meals, garden dining and special events when required.
- Help with simple preparations and arrangements before and after meals.
- Inform the senior staff if a guest has any request, complaint or special requirement.
- Take care of hotel equipment, crockery, cutlery and other F&B; items.
- Follow basic hygiene and cleanliness standards at all times.
- Work as part of the team and help colleagues whenever required.




- Be willing to work flexible hours depending on guest requirements.

Important

At Patan Mahal, the F&B; team is expected to provide warm, personal and attentive service to guests. Since this is a countryside heritage property, staff should be comfortable with different dining settings, outdoor service and assisting guests with requests beyond regular restaurant service.
