Hiring | Operations Executive – F&B; Industry

Location: Makarba, Ahmedabad

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

- · Manage and maintain operational data related to sales, inventory, and product launches.
- · Use Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic formulas) to analyse and organize large datasets.
- · Analyse data trends and prepare reports to support operational decision-making.
- · Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- · Plan and execute new product or menu launches, ensuring timely completion.
- · Monitor and manage inventory levels, coordinating with relevant teams to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- · Provide ideas and suggestions for new launches or improvements based on data insights and market trends.
- · Ensure clear communication between teams and follow up on operational tasks.
- · Possess robust analytical skills to interpret and work with diverse datasets.
