1. Production Management

- Plan, organize, and oversee daily production activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved on time.
- Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.

2. Safety and Compliance

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Promote a robust safety culture and conduct regular safety audits.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements.

3. Quality Management

- Maintain product quality standards.
- Implement quality control and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions.

4. Maintenance Management

- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
- Ensure equipment reliability and minimize breakdowns.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for timely repairs.

5. Cost and Budget Control

- Prepare and manage the plant budget.
- Monitor operating costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Improve productivity while maintaining quality and safety.

6. Inventory and Supply Chain

- Ensure adequate availability of raw materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and reduce waste.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehousing, and logistics teams.

7. People Management

- Lead, motivate, and develop plant employees.




- Conduct performance evaluations and training.
- Resolve employee issues and foster teamwork.

8. Continuous Improvement

- Implement Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, or Kaizen initiatives.
- Improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), productivity, and efficiency.
- Drive innovation and operational excellence.

9. Performance Monitoring

- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), such as:
- Production output
- OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness)
- Scrap/rejection rate
- Downtime
- Safety incidents
- On-time delivery
- Labor productivity

10. Customer and Stakeholder Coordination

- Coordinate with sales, engineering, quality, and supply chain departments.
- Support customer audits and address customer complaints.
- Report plant performance to senior management.
