Job Description – HR Generalist (Hospital)

Position: HR Generalist
Department: Human Resources
Reports To: HR Manager / Head – HR
Location: Tellapur, Hyderabad, Telangana, India

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical positions.
- Coordinate onboarding, induction, documentation, and employee confirmation process.
- Maintain employee records, HRMS, personnel files, and HR documentation.
- Monitor biometric attendance, leave management, shift rosters, and overtime records.
- Prepare monthly payroll inputs and coordinate salary processing with Finance.
- Ensure statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, PT, Labour Laws, and Shops & Establishments Act.
- Handle employee lifecycle activities including transfers, promotions, resignations, and full & final settlements.
- Address employee grievances and support disciplinary actions in line with company policies.
- Coordinate performance appraisal, probation reviews, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Organize employee orientation, compliance training, and development programs.
- Support NABH documentation, audits, and HR compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with Department Heads for manpower planning and recruitment requirements.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, manpower dashboards, and monthly HR analytics.




- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and ensure adherence to HR policies.
- Support hospital administration in day-to-day HR operations and other assigned responsibilities.

Qualifications

- MBA/MSW in Human Resources or equivalent.
- 3–5 years of HR Generalist experience.
- Core hospital HR experience is mandatory.

- Experience in a multi-specialty hospital.
- Knowledge of NABH standards and hospital operations.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Willingness to work from the hospital location with flexibility to support operational requirements.
